Gateways Homeless Services provide an integrated, comprehensive continuum of non-traditional services addressing the need of mentally ill adults who are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless. Referrals come from a variety of sources including other homeless providers, county agencies, concerned citizens, relatives, law enforcement, and self-referral. Upon referral Gateways’ homeless services offers needs assessments, individual and group counseling, case management, psychiatric evaluation and medication support, linkage to housing, health, vocational, and other community resources, and housing at our apartment building in the heart of Los Angeles.
